The use can be both as a main residence, and also as a second home with payment of annual tourist tax to the municipality of St.Gilgen.

A use for short term commercial holiday rentals is not possible.

Sankt Gilgen is famous the world over as the birthplace of Mozarts Mother and his sister also got married in the local church.

The apartment heating and hot water are electric.

From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Schafberg and the surrounding mountains of the Wolfgangsee.
